Pursuant to Article 70 (21) of the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, performers are entitled to:

1) remuneration proportionate to the income from the screening of the audiovisual work in cinemas;

2) equitable remuneration for renting copies of audiovisual works and their public performance

3) equitable remuneration for broadcasting the work on television or by other means of communication to the public

4) equitable remuneration for reproduction of an audiovisual work on a copy intended for personal use.

In order to enable remuneration payments to performers, we kindly ask audiovisual producers to send metrics for films and TV series by e-mail to SAWP: wykazy@sawp.pl
